🚨 Common Terminal Problems

Terminal Shows Red (Offline)

If Still Red:

  • Check Windows firewall on terminal

Terminal Stuck Blue (False Occupied)

Symptoms:

  • Shows "occupied" but no user present
  • Customer can't start new session
  • Terminal screen shows lock screen

Quick Fix:

  1. Click terminal → Force Logout

  3. Status should change to green
  4. Customer can now start session

Yellow Status (Maintenance Mode)

  • Terminal taken offline intentionally

  • Won't accept new customer sessions

To restore:
