🔌 Connection Problems​

Terminal Stuck on "Connecting..."​

  2. Restart server - Make sure Olympus Server is running
  3. Check IP - Verify server IP hasn't changed

1. Unplug and reconnect network cable
2. On server PC: Check Olympus Server is running
3. Ping test: Ctrl+Alt+Esc → cmd → ping [server-ip]
4. If timeout: Network issue confirmed

"Server Not Found" Error​

Most Common Cause: Server IP changed

Solutions:

  1. Check server's current IP address
  2. Terminal → Manual Configuration
  3. Enter correct server IP
  4. Click "Save and Restart"

Find Server IP:

  • Server PC → Open Command Prompt → Type ipconfig
  • Look for "IPv4 Address" under your network adapter

🔒 Lock Screen Issues​

Lock Screen Won't Appear​

Immediate Fixes:

  1. Reinstall as admin - Right-click installer → "Run as administrator"
  2. Disable UAC completely - Set to "Never notify"
  3. Add to antivirus exclusions

Step-by-Step:

1. Uninstall Olympus Terminal
2. Disable UAC: Search "UAC" → Drag to bottom
3. Restart PC
4. Right-click installer → "Run as administrator"  
5. Complete installation

Admin Bypass Not Working​

Hotkey: Ctrl + Alt + O

If not working:

  1. Check hotkey hasn't been changed in server settings
  2. Ensure terminal has admin privileges
  3. Try alternative: Ctrl + Alt + Esc → Task Manager

🎮 Session Problems​

Users Can't Log In​

Check These First:

  • ✅ User has sufficient balance
  • ✅ GamePass is valid
  • ✅ Terminal type matches user's pass (Regular/Premium/Super)
  • ✅ No outstanding dues

Quick Fix:

  1. Server dashboard → Users → Search user
  2. Check balance and GamePass validity
  3. Add balance if needed
  4. Clear any session locks

Timer Not Starting​

Causes & Solutions:

  • Time sync issue - Sync Windows time with internet
  • Server connection - Check green indicator on terminal
  • Billing config - Verify rates set for terminal type

💻 Performance Issues​

Terminal Running Slowly​

  1. Close unnecessary programs - Task Manager → End tasks
  2. Check disk space - Need at least 2GB free
  3. Restart terminal - Fresh start often helps

System Check:

Task Manager → Performance tab:
- CPU: Should be under 50% when idle

- Disk: Should be under 100% usage

Games Won't Launch​

  1. Update game paths - Server → Settings → Applications
