Server Reliability

The server is the heart of the Olympus software suite. If the server is down or unable to run properly, apps and terminal software will fail to connect. Ensure the server has:

  • Uninterrupted power supply (UPS recommended)
  • Static local IP address
  • Always-on operation during business hours
